What makes my style of coaching different?

  • Integrative

    I bring a whole brain and body based approach to my coaching. Breakthroughs and long-lasting results require an approach that focuses on working from top-down (Intellect) and bottom up (Body). This eliminates the looks right, feels off decisions that have a high cost. 

  • Centered

    I help you make centered decisions. Being centered means your whole self is in alignment. It means knowing you are not limited by your beliefs or environment. It means having tools to work with your thoughts and feelings in pursuit of profound change. It means taking decisive action in alignment with your purpose and values.

  • Experiential

    My method is not therapy and it’s not generic transactional coaching. It's a fully integrated experience for unlocking human potential. I meet clients where they are. The secret sauce is a mix of various tools and modalities based on performance research, brain science, trauma informed approach, bodymind tools and personal experience.

I have developed a signature system based on my own recovery from a demanding career in high tech and what truly helps my clients unblock stubborn limiting beliefs to realize their greatest potential.

  • KNOW YOUR VALUES — It’s essential to pause and reconnect with what’s most important to your personal and professional life. You will gain confidence, clarity and a deep sense of satisfaction from being in integrity with what you value most.

  • INCREASE YOUR RESILIENCELearn and apply tools and techniques to reduce levels of chronic stress and tension, increase your energy capacity, activate self awareness, and inherent healing. This will have you recovering from setbacks quickly and efficiently. 

  • PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS — Increase the awareness of your strengths to help you achieve excellence and get the most out of your life. Why waste energy on building up your weaknesses, when you could be kicking ass using your strengths.
