As a non-engineer in an engineering world, I had a different perspective that made me a trusted advisor and coach.

As a Integrative Leadership Coach, I have obtained certifications from International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC), Gallup CliftonStrengths, Somatic Coaching Academy, and HeartMath Institute. I am well-versed in leadership coaching approaches and have facilitated workshops, strategic planning, and coaching programs for individuals and groups.
I also draw on my extensive experience leading many learning and performance programs in high tech related to influence, communication, sales enablement, management training, etc.
As a former Tech Executive, I have been where you are.
I began my own transformation when I realized my values, talents, and core desires were not aligned with my career & life.
I've been in your shoes and know what it takes to do the hard work and come out on the other side more centered and more whole.
A little about me —
I live in Sacramento, California next to a giant oak tree I call ‘Biggie Smalls’.
I enjoy spending time with my family, trying out new recipes, dancing in my kitchen, reading books (I usually have at least 3 going at once), laughing at my own jokes, and trying to keep my plants alive.
