Who I Coach

While I do work with most professionals, I specialize in working with men.

Sitting across from men throughout my career, I came to appreciate that men needed support too. I see the unique challenges men have navigating both professionally and personally:

  • Feeling like they have to have all the answers

  • Holding back on what they truly desire and need

  • Trying to figure out where they fit in the world as a man

  • Feeling jaded and stuck in their current role

  • Desiring to be more present for the things that matter most to them, without losing effectiveness at work

  • Suffering quietly from fatigue, burnout, and stress but uncertain how to make changes

  • Wanting to increase their impact and effectiveness at work and in life

  • Want deeper more meaningful relationships

  • Transitioning through major life events

My best clients have the following characteristics:

  • Practical — Decided to seek coaching because it felt more aligned with their personal beliefs, intended outcomes.

  • Curious — Open to different perspectives, possibilities, outcomes and do not need to be right at all times.

  • Depth  — Want more than just a check-list of action items and are interested in trying new practices to get better, more meaningful results.

  • Personable  — They can laugh at themselves from time to time and genuinely like and care for others and the impact they create.

  • Purposeful — They seek a transformational experience that permanently shifts what they are capable of, in a safe and secure space to be themselves.

A note from Gabes —

While I have a growing specialization in working with men, no matter your gender identity, race, education, financial means or class status, you are welcome here.

I believe in creating a trauma sensitive space for all individuals who seek a transformational experience.
